We recently experienced a software problem that resulted in ALL websites being banned from the network. All campaigns listed in your account would have been affected by this glitch and as a result these campaigns would have been removed. Please note that ALL credits that were currently remaining on any campaigns were placed back into your personal account. NO credits were lost during this error. If you recently had your campaigns cancelled and your websites banned, then we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience that this error has caused. Please understand that this error has been corrected and that we will make every attempt to make this up to you as a valued member of this network.
Please take a moment to log into your account and add your websites back into the network. If you have any concerns at all, please don’t hesitate to contact us using the support ticketing system on the website.
